The cakebox in Dun Laoghaire does them, also Marks & Spencers does really lovely simple cakes, though I think the flavoured ones can only be ordered in the UK, but you could always organise to get them in the North! You should check out their website. My best advice would be to go to a wedding fair in a hotel local to you and see there suppliers. Would your hotel know of anyone?

Could you get a plainly iced cake from somewhere like Marks & spencers and then see if someone would do it up a bit? Or see if you could get a friend ot make the cake for you and maybe see if someone could ice it for you?

What about cupcakes?
