Anyone got any handy tips for dieting and toning up.
I am going to try to start healthy eating now instead of a crash diet a few months before the big day.
I really want to tone up the top of my legs and my arms. i def dont want to have big bingo wings on the big day.
I heard that a thigh master would be a good job for my legs but any ideas how best to tone up the arms???
