Hi Intensivetan,

I use the powerplate in the gym im in and have to say its fantastic. I would be lost without it! it has great results and the workout doesnt take very long. I actually enjoy useing it so much that im considering buying one.If it had it at home I would get more results as id be using it more.

In  just 3 months of useing it and eating a healthy diet i have shed 1 1/2 stone and toned up my whole body for my wedding. I feel so much more confident and attractive. Its nice knowing you dont have any wobbly bits as this machine tones it all up for you!

My wedding is in june cant wait now! cant wait to feel amazing in my vera wang wedding dess :) :). have to find some nice swim wear now ;)

Has anybody used a power plate and how did they find it? Suposedly they can shed celulite and tone up your muscles.. all in 10 minutes a session. sounds to good to be true or is it all hearsay??

Heard some bad feedback on these recently, apparently the vibrations can lead to health problems. Recommend that you do a bit of research on them before using them in case you do any damage.

i think you need to be eating healthily and exercising to get in shape.
i have lost 2 stone to date by cutting out junk and out walking/cycling.
tried tone to trim machine about 2 years ago and was expexting miracles. big mistake for me!! thought the weight would fall off and i'd be toned up. mayb it would be better to try it now again when i am actively trying to get slim.
some things work for some people and others not.
dunno if this helps you.
good luck with your decision.

Power plates are now widely used in gyms and exercise centers in Ireland. It is nice equipment to make body. It is easy and comfortable to everyone. It gets good response from its users.
