Ah thanks for that, wasnt sure, read somewhere else that it wouldnt suit curtains, but maybe that was for a summer wedding where it would still be bright outside, as Im getting amrried in October, by the time we sit for the meal its guna be dark or getting dark.

How far in advance are you all looking at venue decoration and/or church decoration, ive over 2 years to go, but thinking of looking at ideas so I know exactly what I want when the time comes to book maybe this time next year or beginning of 2012?

it would look great, it adds such a nice touch to the wedding!! i was delighted that the hotel have one ,it wasnt advertised in their package or anything but after getting a few quotes from companys i got the bright idea to ask the hotel lol... sure enough they had one and its not costing me anything extra!! you can even get smaller ones to go behind your cake table!! another thimng i would love but cant afford and its not a must but adds a nice touch is getting people in to do the lighting!! is anyone doing that?

Im not getting ppl in for lighting, I am having a candle lit meal as my centre pieces are going to be candleabras supplied by the hotel so think it would be a fab touch and then the bad have their own light show so dont need one for afterwards either.

Im getting a great deal with my band, band and dj for €1200!! Good music is important to me for a party so I was always going to have a band, because if the music and atmosphere is bad It'l put a damper on my mood, and im not pretty when im in a mood or a huff!
