Top 3 Wedding Jewelry Ideas

Postby moderator » Fri Apr 09, 2010 9:25 am

No matter whether your style is dramatic or classic, here are some wedding jewelry tips for you. Right from gorgeous earrings to elegant bracelets, here’s the skinny on the entire current wedding jewelry vogue. Below, is the list of the top 3 Wedding Jewelry:

1) Earrings: Day by day, the look in wedding jewelry is getting bold, and the hottest trend in the spotlight is earrings. This dangling piece of jewelry possesses diamonds, pearls, or even other colored gems. Long, thin, shoulder-skimming lines are also showing up on brides. Although mere trifles, earrings really do complete a look. Drop pearls and pearls with some diamond sparkle are elegant wedding selections. The white of pearls can light up your face.

2) Wedding Jewelry Sets: Jewelry sets for weddings now a days exploit the bigger-is-better theme, dripping gemstones and setting off modest necklines. Get access to the real stuff like pearls and diamonds. These days pearls have gained immense popularity as far as wedding jewelry sets are concerned. Diamonds are wonderful as well, and many of the pieces available combine the pearl and diamonds together for a more sparkly and classic look.

3) Cuff Bracelets: Elegant silver diamond cuff bracelets are currently flashing on the runways of fashion and the red carpet. Tiny rhinestones or beads add an air of daintiness to chunky designs of semi-precious stones. The look is wide and antique, with wedding walking down the walkway with family heirlooms on their wrists for a sentimental air.

Discuss with other Brides to be what you will be wearing on your Big Day!

I have a yellow gold engagement ring and think I will stick with yellow gold for my wedding band. I worked in a jewellers for a couple of years though and many people mix their bands between both yellow and white gold, so its really up to yourself

im going a bit off topic here, i have whit gold engagemet ring so im going for a wedding ring to match!! but hubby to be isnt into rings at all and i think the prospect of wearing one was botehring him a bit just beacuse he doesnt want to go spending money on jewelery!! so we were talking about it and his father past away a copule of years ago, he was h2bs idol!! his mum came up with the suggestion that he get his dads ring fitted for his fingers and he was delighted with the idea!! i think its a lovely idea!! our rings wont match but i think its a lovely idea!! our rings wont match at all but what do u all think?

Ive have a gold and white gold engagement ring, and not sure wither im going to go with a gold or white gold wedding ring. But like you fairylauren, my ring and h2b ring arent going to match. I like the thin bands with small diamonds set in, h2b wants a claddagh ring. Ive no bother with our rings not matching, id be far happier that h2b likes his ring than our rings having to match!
Counting down to October 27th 2012 - the day I will marry my best friend

Hey Fairylauren

I think that idea that you have is just lovely and will really make it feel like even tho your H2b father is no longer there he is still part of the day.
It would mean so much more than a ring bought in a shop especially when your H2b is not into rings.
I dont think rings would really need to match its not somethin i would ever have paid attention to even now when i am planning my own wedding i dont think it would look any different.
